1. According to the Gazette of Bangladesh Government, the age of the Muslim bridegroom: 21 (twenty-one)
Above the year and the bride’s age: 18 (eighteen) years.

2. Passport / National Identity Card / SSC for proof of person and age
Photocopy of JSC equivalent certificate/birth registration certificate

3. Two copies of colored photographs of bride and husband.

4. 1 adult witness to the adult groom, one witness for the bride, 1 for the groom
Lawyer, 1 advocate (Muslim male) for the bride.
(There may be two female witnesses against one male witness)

5. Dowry is paid and punishable offense.

6. Opening the office from 08 am to 11 pm, including holidays
